We are now pleased to offer this service that we had only been offering to our in house builds. Complete strip down and rebuilds of the ej20/ej25 intake and throttlebody. This service requires you to send us your complete intake as pictured, and we will then carry out a FULL stripdown of the intake and carry out the following work :-

Vapour blasting of all aluminium parts to bring them back to a as new finish
Preparation and re-plating of all steel parts which can be in a yellow or silver finish.
Rebuild of throttle body with new seals (if required) and spring retainers. Resealed with throttle coat.
Main intake plenum can be left in raw aluminium finish (non STI) or powder coated wrinkle Red to match the OEM finish.
